Established in 1963, the WK&S is located in the scenic village of Kempton, Pennsylvania which is in Berks County. We are also known as the “Hawk Mountain Line” because of our proximity to the famous bird sanctuary. Our quiet, rural setting adds to the quaint old-time atmosphere that appeals to families and children of all ages.
Join us weekends from May through the second weekend in November for a ride back in time when railroads were “king.” The WK&S offers special events throughout the season including the popular December season finale Santa Claus Special.
