Our location at the foot of Blue Mountain is ideal for a get away, or a place to work plus relax. Seven miles from Hawk Mountain, and 3 miles from hiking (including the Appalachian Trail), biking, and the historic borough of Hamburg. Although rural, it is close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Enjoy pure comfort in our solar and geothermal heated and cooled modern house. There is possible additional sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, nicely decorated with original artwork located in a beautiful natural setting at the base of Blue Mountain. The bed is super comfortable and the shower and bathroom get an easy A+. We came for the shopping, mainly at Cabela’s but there are plenty of antique shops and locally owned restaurants close by for your enjoyment. We highly recommend Martha’s place if you’re planning a trip to the Hamburg area”
