Francis Wehbe grew up by the Mediterranean Sea. Every day he enjoyed the gorgeous views, sparkling clear water and beautiful sunsets. Occasional sleeping overnight in the open or on a boat admiring the moon and the stars, which was common in the summertime.
After graduating, he was employed by Ingersoll Rand Company in New Jersey, designing machinery for fossil fuel and nuclear power plants. He traveled the world as a project manager. Francis then was recruited by Mack Trucks/Renault/Volvo. Francis started as a Purchasing Manager and continued his international travels for the company, handling large suppliers with multi-million-dollar accounts.
He has been happily married for 48 years with two children, one residing in Orwigsburg and one in Selinsgrove, it was logical to take retirement in Orwigsburg to enjoy his five grand-children. But before retirement, Francis took a course in oil painting which helped him express his passion and love for the arts.
