Zion Blue Mountain UCC has been a worship center for Strausstown and surrounding area communities for over 283 years. Our worship on Sundays begins at 9am. Its typical length is 45-60 mins. Worship is also streamed live on our YouTube channel. Our style incorporates historical understandings and modern thought in an approach that, while full of sacred ritual, is intentionally approachable and invitational for all. Communion is served monthly and we welcome everyone to join in the sharing of bread and wine.
We also are home to the food pantry in this area through Helping Harvest. That takes place on the Third Thursday of every month at 4:30 pm. You can call the church for more details.
We also have a monthly bingo on the second Friday of the month October – May. We run a full kitchen during bingo.
